UK Participation in the EU Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation (Eurojust): Post-Adoption Opt-In Decision

Motion that this House takes note of Regulation 2018/1727 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the European Union Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation (Eurojust), and replacing and repealing Council Decision 2002/187/JHA. The Speaker's opinion as to the decision of the Question being challenged, the division was deferred until 16 January. Agreed to on deferred division (577 to 20).
