I am that sure my right hon. Friend has received correspondence from constituents who are worried about the use of personal data. My

constituents have a lot of sympathy with the views of the hon. Member for Totnes (Dr Wollaston) about this. Does my right hon. Friend the Member for Birmingham, Hodge Hill (Liam Byrne) agree?
