People could not disagree with a lot of what the hon. Gentleman is saying, but in the real world the reality is that at some point we are going to face tariffs, whether it is outside his constituency, on continental Europe or around the rest of the world. If we want a clue about that, we should

look at the recent actions of Donald Trump’s Administration in relation to Bombardier. Food supply chains could also be threatened.
