Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Bill

My right hon. Friend makes a very important point. There is no doubt that we can foresee an end state in which a very frictionless process pertains on the borders between the EU27 and the United Kingdom as

a separate customs territory. There are many examples around the world of technology in particular facilitating the free flow of goods across international boundaries.
