Investigatory Powers Bill

Motion that a Committee be appointed to draw up Reasons to be assigned to the Lords for disagreeing to their amendments. Agreed to on question. Reasons Committee reported its reasons to the House. Message to the Lords to communicate the said Reasons with the Bill.
