Scotland Bill

Proceeding contribution from Andrew Gwynne (Labour) in the House of Commons on Monday, 8 June 2015. It occurred during Debate on bills on Scotland Bill.

My hon. Friend’s point about Newcastle airport could be made equally about Manchester airport and many other airports in the north of England. Is this not precisely why we need to have a UK-wide look at the devolution settlement? We need to ensure that parts of England, particular those in the north which are closest to Scotland, are not adversely affected by devolution?
