Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, with reference to page 8 of the January 2019 NAO report on the management of health screening, whether his Department plans to transfer power to Public Health England to enforce recommended changes in the NHS.

Answer

There are no plans to transfer power to Public Health England to enforce recommended changes in the National Health Service.
