Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the Answer of 5 March 2018 to Question 130371, how many (a) new and (b) refurbished TransPennine Express trains will be released by the year 2020.

Answer

By 31^st March 2020, TransPennine Express expect to have 44 new trains available, with 29 of their older trains refurbished ‘as new’.
