Amendments to Clause 1 (Removal of Eligibility for Child Trust Fund), clause 2 (Repeal of Saving Gateway Accounts Act 2009) and clause 3 (Removal of Entitlement to Health in Pregnancy Grant) debated and negatived on division. Third reading debate agreed to on division (311 votes to 224), and Bill passed.
