Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (References to Financial Investigators) (Amendment) Order 2009 (SI 2009/2707). Lords debate on a motion to resolve that this House notes with concern criticisms by the Chairman of the Police Federation of the powers contained in the regulations, and calls upon Her Majesty's Government to revoke the order. Agreed to on division (182 votes to 118 - the Tellers for the Contents reported 182 votes; the Clerks recorded 181 names).
