Lords motion that the Commons message of 21 April be now considered; and that the promters of the Manchester City Council Bill (HL) and Bournemouth Borough Council Bill (HL), which were originally introduced in this House in Session 2006-07 on 22 January 2007, should have leave to proceed with the Bills in the current Session according to the provisions of Standing Order 150B (Revival of bills).
