Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005

Written statement made by Baroness Scotland of Asthal (Labour) on Monday, 19 February 2007 in the House of Lords, on behalf of the Home Office.
My honourable friend the Minister for Policing, Security and Community Safety (Tony McNulty) has made the following Written Ministerial Statement. I am pleased to say that, in accordance with Section 14(3) and Section 14(5) of the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005, Lord Carlile of Berriew QC has completed the report on the operation of the Act in 2006, which will be laid before the House today.
