Ordered that, for the purposes of its approval under section 5 of the European Communities (Amendment) Act 1993, the Government's assessment as set out in the Pre-Budget Report 2006 shall be treated as if it were an instrument subject to the provisions of Standing Order No 118 (Delegated Legislation Committees).
