European Communities Act 1993. Ordered that for the purposes of its approval under section 5 of the Act the Governments assessment as set out in the Pre-Budget Report 2005 shall be treated as if it were an instrument subject to the provisions of Standing Order No 118 (Standing Committees on Delegated Legislation).
