1: Clause 38, page 33, line 41, at end insert— ““32C Evidence gathered by non-public bodies using directed surveillance and covert human intelligence sources Public bodies shall not adopt for the purpose of a prosecution evidence of offences which attract a maximum custodial sentence of six months or less gathered by non-public bodies using directed surveillance or covert human intelligence sources.””
