238H: After Clause 194, insert the following new Clause— ““Functions of Health and Wellbeing Boards as to clinical commissioning groups' commissioning plans All commissioning plans prepared by a clinical commissioning group as set out in section 14Z9 of the National Health Service Act 2006 must be agreed by the relevant Health and Wellbeing Board.””
