230: Clause 180, page 179, line 5, leave out subsection (14) and insert— ““(14) The Healthwatch England committee is to be treated for the purposes of section 2(1) of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 as a body that includes all the members of the Care Quality Commission.”” Amendment 230 agreed.
