16: Clause 4, page 8, line 28, at end insert— ““( ) requiring the responsible body to ensure that the pupil— (i) has an opportunity to make representations in relation to any exclusion under subsection (1) or (2), and (ii) receives relevant information that may be relevant to such representations in language capable of being readily understood by the pupil;””
