Postal Services Bill

21A: Clause 4, page 2, line 36, at end insert— ““( ) No disposal of the Crown’s interest in a Post Office company may be made before— (a) the Secretary of State commissions and publishes an independent assessment of— (i) the current financial position of that Post Office company; and (ii) the projected financial position of that Post Office company in the subsequent reporting period; and (b) the Post Office company is profitable for two successive financial years, excluding payments from government for services of general social and economic interest.””
