The hon. Gentleman and his Conservative colleagues stood in the election on a manifesto that said on page 114:"““We will introduce a United Kingdom Sovereignty Bill to make it clear that ultimate authority stays in this country, in our Parliament.””"
Is he therefore disappointed that the Government have binned that part of the manifesto that he stood on?
