Armed Forces Bill

Proceeding contribution from Elfyn Llwyd (Plaid Cymru) in the House of Commons on Monday, 10 January 2011. It occurred during Debate on bills on Armed Forces Bill.
Such work is being done by, for example, Kent police, to which I referred earlier, and probation services here and there. Very good work is undertaken in some prisons. That work is done by people who have an interest in assisting veterans, and we need to roll out good practice throughout the UK. It is wrong for anyone to hint that I am disparaging the services when I refer to alcohol or drugs. I am trying to consider matters realistically, not to insult members of the armed forces, for heaven's sake.
