My Lords, my noble friend Lord McKenzie and I have indeed put our names to these amendments. I will avoid wincing a second time at the use of the word ““coalition””. It represents, I believe, not so much a coalition but, because we see repentance of sinners, I think it is more a congregation. Suffice it to say that I think we have unanimity on this, and I also am moved to support the amendment.
