That is a very helpful thought. I shall in another context say that the parallel with the MPC is not at all inappropriate, but for example, in the MPC or the board of the FSA there is a good record in the UK in recent years of bringing in relevant experts from overseas. I entirely agree with the noble Lord’s thought.
