1: Clause 2, page 2, line 28, at end insert– ““( ) For the avoidance of doubt, ““person”” in subsection (1)(a)(i) means– (a) United Kingdom nationals as defined in section 33(2); (b) A body incorporated or constituted under the law of any part of the United Kingdom; (c) Persons or entities within the territorial jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.””
