When my hon. Friend says ““pro-European,”” I think he means pro-electoral reform. I have no such concerns; I have the highest respect for Jenny Watson. I think that, because of her previous position, she we will want to be seen to be as impartial as possible. It is a natural concern, but people would be wrong to draw that conclusion from her conduct of her office.
