The most important thing that the Leader of the Opposition said in his speech yesterday was, ““Above all, power to the people.”” Why does my right hon. Friend think the Opposition find it so difficult to say that they and I, if we come to this place, should have the support of at least 50 per cent. of the people who vote in the election?
