Constitutional Reform and Governance Bill (Money) (No. 3)

A referendum would of course take place at some stage before 2011. My position is clear—I support a move to a fair electoral system. I would have liked it to have been proposed earlier, but better late than never. I certainly would like to see it go forward at this stage.
