The £1.6 million, plus another £100,000, are the set-up costs to bring in all this. I am more interested in what the total costs are likely to be, once this new body is up and running, to do all the work, including research on buses and trams, in the future. I accept that the total will be £8.5 million, or thereabouts, for 2010-11, but is it anticipated to be the base figure for the future? By how much is it likely to increase?
