The order passed in this House enabled the Scottish Parliament to pass amendments to the Scotland Act to introduce a bar of one year or less. Will the hon. Gentleman advise the Cttee on whether the Scottish Parliament has in fact legislated for a bar of one year, or for a bar of less than a year?
