Business Rate Supplements Bill

My Lords, on that last point, I am sure that I speak for all noble Lords in adding my thanks to the noble Baroness, Lady Andrews. I am glad to see that she is here to wave the Bill on its way. It was a more enjoyable Bill than I expected when we started work on it. I congratulate the noble Lord on that tour de force in answering my amendments. The whole House has been absolutely riveted and completely enthralled. I found the answers useful; they will be even more so when I read them. I hope that they will be more useful still to those who will be concerned with the Bill after it leaves this House. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment 5 withdrawn.
