Clause 32: Commencement, extent and short title Amendment 4 4: Clause 32, page 20, line 19, at end insert— "(3) Before making an order under subsection (2) in relation to section 16(5), the appropriate national authority must— (a) consult bodies representing billing authorities; and (b) carry out an assessment of the likely costs to billing authorities arising from Schedule 2."
