I am grateful for the Minister’s comments, and I am sure that it will be helpful to those who read the proceedings of the Committee. As I said, I should like to think a little more about what he has said about the inclusion of the word "true" in Clause 6(2)(b). Apart from that, I am happy with his response and I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment 27 withdrawn. Amendment 28 not moved.
