A one-band band such as a plumber is a good example, because they tend to work from early in the morning until late at night. The last thing that they want to do is sit in front of a computer when they get home—they want to have their tea and go to bed, because they are tired. I accept that we have to be careful in our assumptions. We are not imposing an obligation on the liquidators to put anything on the internet—they can do so additionally if they think it appropriate. We are therefore talking about the London Gazette: it was founded in 1665, and it will still be here in 2365, the way that we are going.
