Northern Ireland Bill (Allocation of Time)

The hon. Gentleman shakes his head, but members of his party are represented on the Committee. The Committee went on to say that following a period of operation, and prior to May 2012, the arrangements could be reviewed, that permanent arrangements would be put in place by May 2012, and that there would be no fall-back arrangements. That, it said, would require the political parties to agree a way forward by that time.
