Borders, Citizenship and Immigration Bill [HL]

My Lords, before I begin, I should like to express my sympathy, and I am sure that of the House, to the noble Baroness, Lady Falkner, on the loss of her brother. We quite understand why she would not want to speak tonight. I am grateful for the contributions of all noble Lords who took part in this debate. I can only assume that none of us present is getting a Channel 4 award, so there is no rush to move on. More than 300 questions were asked. It was 328, I think; I was trying to keep a total. If I gave each one a couple of minutes, that would, as your Lordships can quickly work out, last about 11 and a half hours. I am sure that no one would like that.
