Equal Pay and Flexible Working Bill [HL]

My Lords, will the Minister reflect afterwards on the value of equal pay audits of a non-heavy and non-bureaucratic kind as a preventive measure in order that employers will understand the problems they have and take remedial measures in advance? She has presented it so far on the basis of what the Opposition have put forward, but there is a preventive way of doing it which is much better than measures leading to law suits. Will she reflect on that?
