My Lords, before the Minister finishes, like the noble Lord, Lord Oakeshott, I asked about the 2,000 reams of paper. Currently, they are processed by officials of the Minister's department. Therefore, if 2,000 reams of paper no longer need to be processed, there is a saving of officials’ time. I asked what would happen to those officials.
