My Lords, I rise now to ask the question which, carelessly and prematurely, I was on the point of asking a little while ago. The first line on page 3 of the order refers to bodies, "““(ii) incorporated within Ireland or another member State””."
I am a bear of very little brain, but I do not know what ““or another member State”” means.
