I have an advantage over my hon. Friend, as I have a copy of the explanatory notes, kindly provided by the promoter. Acting as his honorary Parliamentary Private Secretary, I have made a number of copies. Paragraph 4 makes clear his explanation. It mentions:"““'private equity organisations' (companies whose shareholdings are not listed on a recognised stock exchange)””."
That seems to be the definition that the promoter has in mind.
