As my hon. Friend the Member for Huntingdon (Mr. Djanogly) made clear earlier, there are rules applying to private equity firms in relation to workers' rights. My argument is that the Bill would have such negative consequences for the whole industry that it could cause the firms to invest elsewhere. I shall say more about that shortly. The consequences of where investment goes are very relevant to the debate.
