Industrial Training Levy (Engineering Construction Industry Training Board) Order 2008

I do not want to drag the point but my understanding is that employers will be signed up to the levy. The worry will be how you measure that they are providing the training that is required of those sectors if they are not signed up through the federations. Maybe we cannot monitor that, but perhaps the Minister can let me know about that later.
