Patrick Moore's name was called in aid last week, during the statement. Somebody kindly sent me a copy of the Electrical Review, volume 240, No. 4. An article in it states that Dr. Moore"““wrote last year to the Royal Society arguing there was no 'scientific proof' that mankind was causing global warming””." Was that the kind of statement to which my hon. Friend referred?
