Does that mean that the Minister does not assume that all such statements will necessarily be considered by a brand new Committee and that other mechanisms might be available, in consultation with the Chairmen of those four other Committees, to ensure that the Government's legitimate expectations of increased parliamentary scrutiny are met, or are there no assumptions about the structure of scrutiny?
