I very much welcome the statement by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Justice and the documents that accompany it. One of those relates to changes in royal prerogative. Is it my right hon. Friend's intention to continue to review the question of the royal prerogative, particularly how Parliament uses it, or does he consider that the documents that we have this morning constitute that review?
