Forced Marriage (Civil Protection) Bill [Lords]

Although the Minister is right that we do not want to see an abuse of the process, the measure that she has just outlined is important, because it allows for the possibility of a near relative making an application if they are secure in the knowledge that somebody is being forced into a marriage.
