The answer to the noble Lord’s question about what would happen if the Assembly did not continue is that there would need to be provision to ensure that the legislation was covered in another way. I shall write to the noble Lord in more detail on that point. I should also say that thereare some government amendments here. They are tidying-up references to Clauses 27 and 28 that are no longer needed.
