The only reason we are moving these various amendments is that this problem is very high up on the agenda of the NGOs that write to us, which means that there is a real problem. The noble Baroness, Lady Hollis, gave us a real life example, and she said that various ways had been put forward today to try to help women with a jigsaw of employment.
