Would my hon. Friend like to comment on a letter that I received this morning from Fiona Woolf, the president of the Law Society, following my Adjournment debate in Westminster Hall the week before last? The final paragraph states:"““However I am determined not to allow all solicitors involved in the miners’ compensation cases to be tarred with the same brush as a result of the mis-deeds of a minority.””"
