moved Amendments Nos. 60 to 62: 60: Clause 46, page 28, line 13, leave out ““section 40 or 41”” and insert ““this Part”” 61: Clause 46, page 28, line 16, leave out ““section 40 or 41”” and insert ““this Part”” 62: Clause 46, page 28, line 20, at end insert— ““(3) Factors to be considered in determining whether it was reasonable for a person to act as he did include— (a) the seriousness of the anticipated offence (or, in the case of an offence under section 41, the offences specified in the indictment); (b) any purpose for which he claims to have been acting; (c) any authority by which he claims to have been acting.”” On Question, amendments agreed to.
