My Lords, before I adjourn the House for dinner, in view of our discussion just before the vote on the last amendment, I would like to read a couple of lines from the Companion so that noble Lords will understand the rules on Report. It states: "““Only the mover of an amendment or the Lord in charge of the bill speaks after the minister on report except for short questions of elucidation””."
I have done my duty.
I beg to move that further consideration on Report be now adjourned. In moving this Motion, I suggest that Report begin again not before 8.30 pm.
Moved accordingly, and, on Question, Motion agreed to.
